в штатах продают вот это болгарское

по цене 20 баксов за порошок на 50 литров.
я уверена, что если с ними списаться и спросить контакты для покупки в болгарии или россии, то будет дешевле. у них же и для сыра все есть

интересно, что у них по грамму на 5 литров! а тот же йогурме 5 грамм на литр.
