ни дня без новых знаний

узнала, что йогурты бывают на разных заквасках - термофильная и мезофильная.
но я искала не это, а для сыра сыворотку-сычуг. там куча разных опций. нашла мезофильную закваску для сыра (не сычуг), а там в комментах прекрасное:
'I am not sure it is priced low enough, but my wife used it to actually make cheese. Which was excellent. The problem is, this is a gateway product. You borrow some goat's milk from the hippie neighbors, make some cheese which turns out wonderful. Then, of course, you start thinking of getting your own goats or cows or whatever. Next thing you know, your family is clad in tie-die and not wearing shoes.'
